A partner in profession and purpose
Mrs. Rajashri (Rajshree) Kolte married Mr. Nishikant V. Kolte in 1987. Although she is a science graduate, she chose to share her husband's professional responsibilities — and, under his guidance, qualified as a certified Government Auditor, a practice she has carried for over 15 years.
Beyond the practice, she was the nurturing force at home — raising both sons, CA Pawan Kolte and CA Rohit Kolte, who went on to qualify as Chartered Accountants in 2012 and 2013. Her balance of professional rigour and family devotion is woven into the fabric of the Kolte Group.
