01Early Life
Mr. Nishikant V. Kolte was born in Gwalior on 21st June 1959, the youngest in a family of eight — two brothers and three sisters. His father was an ex-military officer and an English lecturer, instilling a discipline that shaped the family; his mother managed the home and worked the agricultural land.
He completed his early schooling at Fekari Village up to the 7th standard, finished his 12th from D. S. High School, Bhusawal as a rank holder, and graduated from P. O. Nahata Commerce College.
02Work Life
He belonged to a service-class family, but it never constrained him from venturing into business. He began working at the early age of 16 as a commission agent in real estate, acquiring varied skills at ground level. With the family's finances under strain, he learned to earn and learn at once — even working daily wages at the Deepnagar power station when needed.
After graduation he moved to Pune to gain experience at a CA firm, then returned to Bhusawal in 1983 to establish himself as a Tax Professional. His client base today spans the whole Jalgaon district. Over 40 years as a tax practitioner and 45 years as a real-estate developer, he has guided more than 3,000 clients — and continues to do so.
In 2010 he founded The World School, an English-medium ICSE-curriculum school, to bring quality education to the locals. Today it is the first permanently CISCE (ICSE)-affiliated school in Bhusawal Taluka and the second in Jalgaon District, running classes from Nursery to Tenth.
03Family Life
He married Mrs. Rajshree Kolte in 1987. Though a science graduate, she chose to share her husband's professional responsibilities — qualifying as a certified Government Auditor and practising for over 15 years, while nurturing their sons. Both sons, CA Pawan Kolte and CA Rohit Kolte, qualified as Chartered Accountants in 2012 and 2013 respectively.
